The return journey was also late because the taxi driver couldn't find the venue, fortunately i did not miss my train."

B: The telephone Number on my booking page was not for the taxi firm who was supposed to be picking me up.
C: The taxi firm that did answer my call using that link had no record of any booking.
The Taxi firm had to take someone off a job to come get me so that I could catch my train on time which I made it with minutes to spare.
Not a great experience and your mark up on the fare is criminal. "

"I'm extremely put out by this service. I waited 20 minutes rang up and the taxi firm didn't even gave my booking. I had to get to work and had already paid for a taxi! The lovely lady at brians taxis sorted me out and of course I refused to pay again, but bless her she got me a taxi asap and I was on my way. But I must add such poor service from taxi code!!!! You had confirmed my booking and payment. It's put me right off using ur service again!"
"The experience was great. As it's been the first time I used the service, I had to call and the receptionist was very helpful with the information required.
The driver was prompt on both ends and it was a pleasant journey back and forward to my destination.
