"Unfortunately i had to get another cab for the morning route as the taxi was going to be 15 minutes late, we request a refund for this journey as it was never used.
The return journey was also late because the taxi driver couldn't find the venue, fortunately i did not miss my train."

C: The taxi firm that did answer my call using that link had no record of any booking.
The Taxi firm had to take someone off a job to come get me so that I could catch my train on time which I made it with minutes to spare.
Not a great experience and your mark up on the fare is criminal. "

"I'm extremely put out by this service. I waited 20 minutes rang up and the taxi firm didn't even gave my booking. I had to get to work and had already paid for a taxi! The lovely lady at brians taxis sorted me out and of course I refused to pay again, but bless her she got me a taxi asap and I was on my way. But I must add such poor service from taxi code!!!! You had confirmed my booking and payment. It's put me right off using ur service again!"

The driver was prompt on both ends and it was a pleasant journey back and forward to my destination.
