The Taxi firm had to take someone off a job to come get me so that I could catch my train on time which I made it with minutes to spare.
Not a great experience and your mark up on the fare is criminal. "

The lovely lady at brians taxis sorted me out and of course I refused to pay again, but bless her she got me a taxi asap and I was on my way. But I must add such poor service from taxi code!!!! You had confirmed my booking and payment. It's put me right off using ur service again!"
