"The driver was very nice and we liked his driving. Everything was fine except for the Meet and Greet - there was no meet and greet at all! We received a call from the driver at the agreed time. I had a hard time trying to understand him because I have ears problems when I fly. I finally manage to understand that I should have to walk to a pick up point that I had no idea where it was because it was my first time in London. This is the reason I booked Meet and Greet! I understand that they are refurbishing the airport parking for that purpose but it would have been nice to be informed in advance and given the necessary information for us to know what to
do and where to go without feeling stressed."
