"Driver was great. Friendly and professional.
My flight was changed last minute due to maintenance issues. I texted the new flight number and arriving terminal to dispatch but it was not relayed to the driver. Luckily my arrival time was the same as the original flight and the driver had my contact info. He texted me just after my flight landed and we worked out where the new pickup location would be. Everything was smooth from there.
Only criticism is that dispatch could/should have better and more timely communication with their drivers."
