On the constructive side:
The app needs improvement, I need to see the drivers license plate to recognise the driver, driver name would be nice too.
When I called to try and change the time it wasn’t possible but it would be nice if the customer service was more like Addison Lees
The driver didn’t pick up at the spot which I added to the booking, he did call but it was difficult to understand where he was but I found him eventually "

"The office recorded the telephone number of the client who ordered the taxi ( Andrew Hunt) for the passenger (Florence Hunt) as well. The driver was therefore unable to message or get through to me by phone . We went out into the street looking for a Mercedes. We saw a Range Rover on the opposite side of the street with a driver in it!!! Driver was a very cheerful person and we enjoyed the journey . The car made a funny noose at times "
