"The vehicle was late - the driver who did show up was the second one assigned. I called the office number but could only leave a message. The issue was rectified when a second driver was dispatched.
Please confirm the tip is passed on to the driver. I tried to tip him and he declined. If it goes to him then I will had a £5 Tip. "
"I think I left my iPhone in back seat of car. I was attempting to call your center when driver appeared with a sign showing my name.
I then went to help my wife with her luggage and we got into car. I’m not sure what happened to my iPhone. When we left car and started for terminal I realized I didn’t have my iPhone. I had gone only couple hundred yards and I turned around but driver had departed.
Please advise if he discovered my iPhone. I will be returning to London 9/24. Hopefully I left it on rear seat. I’ll wait until I hear from you before I report it as lost and permanently lock it up.
